Masha Ciampittiello graduated summa cum laude with B.A. in history and B.F.A. in fine arts from Florida State University.  She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2016 and has litigated a wide range of cases in the areas of construction law, medical malpractice, and personal injury.  She obtained her juris doctorate cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.  During her law school tenure, Masha clerked for the Honorable Justice Peggy Quince at the Florida Supreme Court and the Honorable (now Justice) Barbara Lagoa at the Third District Court of Appeals.    Masha previously worked for large insurance defense firms in Florida focusing on construction defect and personal injury matters.  Prior to joining Moody & Graf, she also practiced as a solo practitioner in the areas of corporate governance, contract law, entertainment management, and intellectual property.  Masha is an aggressive litigator who, through her extensive clerkship experience and multi-faceted practical background, focuses on motion practice and trial advocacy.

Masha is a Senior Associate at Moody & Graf, whose practice is dedicated primarily to construction litigation throughout the State of Florida.
